Linc Extended Document Attachments

This extension contains modifications to the standard solution to enable attaching documents to additional records and journals.

Records/Pages where documents can be attached:

• G/L Accounts
• Vendor Bank Accounts
• Bank Account Statements
• Lot No. Information
• Transfer Orders
  

In the case of the Transfer Orders, the attachments also flow to the posted documents.

Other modifications

Also, standard document attachments from sales and purchase documents normally flow to the last posted document instance. But with this extension, it can be set to flow to every posted document instance, or prompt the users during posting, for a decision.
